Shipping Policy
For ordering by mail, download and print an order form in one of these two formats: We will ship your order via UPS (street address only) or Priority Mail.
Shipping & Handling Fees per Address
The shipping charge that is shown is the maximum amount you will be charged—excluding dishes and sale items. In order to calculate the exact charge, we must enter the weight, destination, and delivery preference in our UPS online account to receive the standard rate. Shipping charges are calculated in real-time. We will try to find the best way of shipping your product. If it is less, you will be charged less. It is not our intent to make money on shipping charges. We have paid to have the product sent to us and we will send it to you the most economical way. If sale or clearance items are purchased over $200, shipping charges will be actual cost. Please call or email for charges. If ordering any dishes, we will split the cost for charges over the normal dollar amount. International orders will be sent via USPS. Orders to multiple addresses have separate shipping charges. There is a 6% sales tax on all orders from Michigan. Please call or email for charges. Back Ordered Items Back ordered items will be shipped separately when they become available. Shipping for back ordered items will be included in your initial order total and charged accordingly. You will not be charged for the merchandise until it is ready to ship. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they are received at no additional cost to you. If your order contains in-stock items and back order items, your in-stock items will be shipped immediately in order to provide you with the most efficient service. Damaged Merchandise All claims for merchandise received that was damaged must be made within 5 days of receipt. All packing materials must be kept in order for an inspection by the carrier. Please call us at 1-888-301-3547 and we will assist you in the claim process. Returns and Exchanges Orders cannot be canceled after shipping. Sale/clearance items can not be returned. Items must have original packaging and be in new/unused condition. All returns/exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receipt. Please call us at 1-888-301-3547 for a return authorization number prior to returning the merchandise. Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where the merchandise was defective or if the merchandise was sent in error. You will be credited or refunded or the item will be exchanged when the merchandise is received. |
